Before opening the envelope I was thinking it was actually a credit card offer simple because of the card being in the window a bit mis leading. As far as the Xfinity letter head is concerned it seems to me to be very up front in what they are offering. Back to the card again this is where it seems to be stating an offer and in small print it is with special offers only. So in conclusion the offer is good with potential bonus with the card. I have not had cable in 10 years so this was not targeted well for me, but around the community it would be a well targeted offer.
